• Registration and abstract submission: 25th October 2024
• Full paper and payment: 15th November 2024
• Symposium days: 30th November (Day 1) – 1st December 2024 (Day 2) (Saturday and Sunday)
• Presenter Attendance Confirmation: 28th November 2024

• Participants can still submit their full paper on the 15th of November 2024, even if they did not register their abstract on the 25th of October. However, they are still required to register their abstract for the purpose of issuing the Letter of Acceptance (LOA) on the 15th of November.
• Those who only wish to attend the workshops or be a listener can make the payment by 29th November at the latest.
