About Registration

FULL PAPER SUBMISSION

1. Participation is open to academic staff and students from local and international universities, polytechnics, institutes, colleges, and schools.
2. There is no limit to the number of members per team.
3. Submissions are accepted exclusively in English.
4. All registrations must be completed through the provided link.
5. Eligible participants are allowed to submit multiple entries for the symposium. They may also participate both as individuals and as part of a team.
6. Participants must provide a valid email address for issuing the Letter of Acceptance (LOA) and e-certificate.
7. All participants must provide accurate names and affiliations for the purposes of the LOA and e-certificate.
8. The LOA will be available for download after successful project registration.
9. Participants are required to submit valid proof of payment to the organisers..

LISTENER/WORKSHOP PARTICIPANTS

1. Participants who wish to attend only the workshops are required to pay RM50 per workshop. However, those who have submitted a full paper will have full access to the entire symposium.
2. Those who only wish to attend the workshops or be a listener can make the payment by 29th November at the latest.
3. The registration and payment links for listeners and workshop participants are the same as those for full paper submission. Detailed instructions are provided in the form.
